Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Production Time

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production time may vary depending on:

Product availability.
Order quantity.
Printing or decoration method.
Artwork quality.
Proof approval.
Specialty products.
Current production schedule.
Seasonal demand.

Turnaround time normally begins after Stitch N Print has received all required information, artwork, payment or deposit, and approvals.

Time spent waiting for customer approval does not count toward production time.

Shipping

Orders selected for shipping will be shipped using the carrier and service available for the order.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another delivery provider.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside Stitch N Print’s reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Tracking information may be provided when available.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us immediately if you discover an incorrect shipping address.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for qualifying orders.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before traveling to the store for pickup.

An estimated completion date does not mean the order is ready.

Once your order is complete, we may notify you by:

Email.
Text message.
Phone.

Customers may be asked to provide the order name, order number, phone number, or other identifying information when collecting an order.

If another person will pick up your order, please notify us when possible.

Rush Orders

Rush service may be available depending on the order and our current production schedule.

Rush service is not guaranteed until confirmed by Stitch N Print.

Additional rush charges may apply.

Please call us if you have a firm event date or urgent deadline.

Delayed Orders

If an online order cannot be shipped within the promised shipping period, Stitch N Print will follow applicable requirements regarding delay notifications, cancellations, and refunds.
