By using the Stitch N Print website, using our online designer, uploading artwork, requesting a quote, purchasing products, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products & Services

Stitch N Print provides services including custom apparel printing, embroidery, banners, signs, stickers, transfers, promotional products, and other custom printing services.

Products, services, colors, availability, pricing, and specifications may change.

Design Now & Online Designer

Customers using our Design Now online designer are responsible for reviewing their design before submitting an order.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved:

Text.
Spelling.
Names.
Dates.
Numbers.
Colors.
Print location.
Product.
Product color.
Sizes.
Quantities.
Overall design.

The design displayed in the online designer serves as your approval unless Stitch N Print provides a separate proof for approval.

Proof Approval

If Stitch N Print provides a digital proof or mockup, production will normally begin after customer approval.

Once approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the information shown on the proof.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.

Artwork Quality

Customers are responsible for providing artwork of sufficient quality.

Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, compressed, or poor-quality artwork may affect the finished product.

We may notify customers if we identify a significant artwork problem, but Stitch N Print is not responsible for defects that result directly from artwork supplied and approved by the customer.

Artwork cleanup, background removal, vectorization, logo recreation, or other graphic design work may require an additional fee.

Copyright & Trademarks

Customers may provide logos, photographs, artwork, graphics, names, trademarks, characters, or other content for reproduction.

By submitting content, you represent that you own the content or have permission or legal authorization to reproduce it.

Customers are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted or trademarked materials.

Stitch N Print may request proof of authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe may violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other applicable laws.

The customer remains responsible for claims related to materials supplied by the customer.

Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing.

If a pricing, product, technical, or typographical error occurs, Stitch N Print reserves the right to correct the error before production.

If an error materially affects an already-paid order, we may contact the customer before proceeding.

Taxes and shipping charges may be added when applicable.

Product Availability

Garment brands, styles, sizes, colors, and other products are subject to supplier availability.

If a selected product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding:

An alternative product.
A different color.
A revised completion date.
Cancellation.
A refund when appropriate.

We will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without approval.

Design Ownership

Customers retain ownership rights they already have in artwork supplied by them.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Stitch N Print retains rights to original graphics, layouts, production files, embroidery digitizing files, templates, or other original design work created by Stitch N Print.

Payment for a finished printed product does not automatically transfer ownership of editable design, production, or source files.

Photos of Completed Work

Stitch N Print may photograph completed products and use non-confidential examples of our work on:

Our website.
Social media.
Our portfolio.
Advertising.
Store displays.

If you do not want your completed project used for promotional purposes, please notify us.

We will not intentionally publish unnecessary private customer information.

Order Acceptance

Stitch N Print reserves the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Product availability.
Technical limitations.
Payment problems.
Suspected fraud.
Copyright or trademark concerns.
Illegal content.
Production limitations.

If Stitch N Print cancels a paid order before production, amounts paid for unproduced products or services will be refunded as appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stitch N Print is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website, services, or products.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website, online designer, checkout system, customer account area, or other online services will always operate without interruption or error.

We may update, modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue website features when necessary.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Illinois.

Where permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms or transactions with Stitch N Print will be handled by courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Will County, Illinois.
